THere are only 3 opportunities to upgrade them though counting the one at the dock where you start.There are voiced instructions that have no bearing on the game like the bartender telling you to get some rum to fix your gums. But, you can't. So... yeah...Overall the game was fun, but had I known it was only a 30 minute game I would have taken more time to do the fights and, well.. there isn't much more to it.I don't recommend this game simply because of the time it took to complete it and the fact that it's so broken as a story..
